Grandma’s china, strong drinks, and Chinese flavours that don’t behave. Almost Chinese, always delicious. Maggie’s flips tradition on its head with bold, cravable plates and inventive cocktails that give a cheeky nod to Chinese ingredients. Wrapped in ‘grandma chic’ meets ‘70s glamour, it’s the least authentic Chinese restaurant in town—and all the better for it.

Before you roll in!

We’re all about good food, good company, and a good time, and a little heads-up helps keep things smooth for everyone. Here’s what to keep in mind before you pull up a seat at Maggie’s—nothing too serious, just the fine print to make sure your visit is as enjoyable as possible.

  • At Maggie’s, we pour our hearts (and sometimes a little pork fat) into every dish, which means we’re unable to accommodate dietary restrictions like vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free at the moment. We love you, but we can’t quite do off-menu magic at the moment—so bring your appetite and a sense of adventure!

  • At Maggie’s, you’ve got a lively 1 hour and 45 minutes to feast, sip, and soak it all in. We’ll always try to make time for you while we can, but this is our standard so everyone gets their turn at the table. Arrive on time, enjoy every bite, and if you’re still craving more—there’s always next time!

  • Come as you are, but maybe leave the flip-flops at home. We recommend smart casual, but really, we just want you to feel good—dress for yourself, dress for the occasion, or just dress like you didn’t roll straight out of bed. See you at the table!

  • We love a good bottle as much as you do! Corkage is $60 per bottle, or better yet, bring one and buy one—we’ll waive the fee. Fair trade, don’t you think?

  • We love a good photo op as much as the next person—but for the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that you keep it low-key. Professional cameras and flash photography aren’t allowed in the dining room.

Phone snaps? Go wild—just be considerate of those around you.
